The Smart Fish Grader provides accurate fish grading while minimizing damage to the fish as it passes through the inlet and outlet. The dehydration mechanism distributes the fish evenly on the web of the fish grader, and all the fish separating tracks are efficiently utilized. The fish grader is mainly composed of spray water pump, driving motor, fish grading gate, gate regulator and so on. Equipped with 4 fish separation channels and DN200 large-diameter pipelines, the incoming fishes can be distributed to each flow channel according to the size of the fish, and the live fish can be screened, graded, classified and transported.

The opening of the fish grader is controlled by a manual linear actuator that can be operated from the control panel on the fish grader, the grader is constructed by 316L stainless steel and corrosion and water resistant materials. The inclination of the main sorting unit can be adjusted manually by 5-10°.
